In my opinion, I would consider “Diversity, equity and inclusion, Remote and flexible work and Digital transformation” are the issues HRM is facing as the employees expect the new way of working, they prefer to get the work from home or anywhere over working in the office. They require high respect and fairness, the opportunity to share and put their idea. Digital transformation refers to the adoption and integration of digital technologies, tools, and processes, that can improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation of the organization. The new generation is also aligning with the Digital transformation

    1. Personality Trait development is a bit difficult to implement as we need to deal with people feeling and motion. They are sometime sophisticated but yes, the result in motivation and the participation will be high.
